This is a quiet, charming, and elegant historic setting and accurately noted as a 4-star hotel. Everything is well cared for. We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful and would love to return if ever in the area. We enjoyed a lovely and generous dinner our first night. We cannot think of a single criticism.

The rooms are spacious and clean and in a good condition, having in mind the whole hotel complex is not very modern or recently renovated. From the receptionists i received a great assistance. We were having a company gathering in the meeting room. The hotel organized it nicely with coffee pauses and refreshment drinks. The breakfast is not very reach but absolutely enough and for every taste. Lunch dishes were really good! The bar was not working at the eveninnd. Probbaly as the reception, everything else in the comlex closes at 22:00h. I personally did not like it, that the hotel is located oposite a grave yard. At walking distance, there are supermarket and fast food restaurants. Aug.,2023

Easy check in and out. Comfortable rooms with all the normal amenities. Bed was a bit hard. Friendly staff and good selection for breakfast. Nicely located in a quiet area with a supermarket 100m away and walking distance to the historical village of Schloss Neuhaus. Would use again

We stayed for two nights, the reception staff spoke great English but also allowed me to practice my Germany. We ate in the restaraunt and our children were well catered for. The breakfast was good, just a little slow to replace items already used up.

This is a very nice 4 star hotel, very cosy, quiet and super friendly staff. It’s old fashioned style is terrific. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean and nicely equipped. A stay is therefore recommendable. You won’t be disappointed. It is worth a try.

Very pleasant place to stay in Paderborn. Close to Schloss Neuhaus, there is bus and train station nearby (short ride to the city center). The rooms are very comfy and spacious, there is work table and place to sit Buffet breakfast amazing and the staff very friendly. More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

We stayed one night in a double room with an extra bed. The room was big enough and clean. We didn´t use the Sauna. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. We sat in a nice garden in front of the entrance. Very friendly staff.
